At Chimp & Tea, we take great pride in the quality of our teas. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected, so if your tea arrives damaged or spoiled, we’re here to help!  

 

Refund Process:  

• If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@chimpntea.com  

• Include a clear photo of the damaged or spoiled product in your email.  

• If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a 10% refund on the purchase price of the affected product.  

Please note that the refund applies only to the specific item that has been confirmed as damaged or spoiled.

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
